Get it Surveyed now -
don't pay later!

Too many times we see clients
who thought they knew where
their property lines were, so they
went ahead and erected their
fence, shed, or worse still their
house, only to discover later
that the property lines were
not
where they thought they were.

It's not worth the risk of the cost
of litigation against neighbors
(emotional and financial) to
guess where your lines might be
- get it surveyed!!

Please fill out the following form, and we will be in touch with you within one business
day. Please remember that while more information is better, we can usually get all the
information we need from as little as the street address - so don't turn the attic upside
down trying to figure out what your deed book and page might be!

Estate Planning - it's
never too early, but it
can be too late!

Do you own some land and want
to leave it to your children? Ask
yourself this - do you know
exactly how much land you own,
and exactly where the
boundaries are? Have you
thought about how that land
can be divided fairly between
your heirs, whilst complying with
local and state subdivision
ordinances?

Now is the time to worry about
this - rather than have your
children be forced to sell the
land and split the profits, or pay
to have it divided, or worse -
argue about who gets what!

Think You can Do It
Yourself?

Conservatively 60% of all the
problems we find in Boundary
Surveying are derived from
property owners using an old
tape and a hand held compass
to create lots, and, even worse -
write their own deed
descriptions.

Remember - a deed is a legal
document that should only be
drawn up by a professional - you
can't revisit it years later and
explain what you meant to do!
